Sri Sai Auto Components offers end-to-end welding and fabrication services to support both structural and functional automotive components. Our facility is equipped with CO₂ and MIG welding stations, bending machines, and fabrication setups to handle mild steel, stainless steel, and alloy parts. Whether it’s exhaust tubes, baffles, or complex assemblies, we combine precise welds with accurate forming techniques to deliver assemblies that meet strength, fitment, and visual standards. Backed by in-house jig development and quality controls, our fabrication process ensures clean, consistent results — from the first part to the last.

Welding symbols, joint types, and material specs are reviewed to plan the fabrication and fixture setup.

Raw components are cleaned, cut, and positioned using jigs or clamps to ensure accuracy before welding.

Parts are shaped using hydraulic or pneumatic bending machines where required, ensuring proper angles and dimensions.

Trained welders perform CO₂ or MIG welding using calibrated settings to achieve penetration, bead uniformity, and strength.

Each weld is checked for cracks, undercuts, porosity, and consistency before moving to the next stage.

Assemblies are fitted together, spatter is removed, and surface finishing is done before passing the component for final QC.
