Backed by in-house jig development and quality controls, our fabrication process ensures clean, consistent results — from the first part to the last.

Our Capabilities

Welding Execution

Trained welders perform CO₂ or MIG welding using calibrated settings to achieve penetration, bead uniformity, and strength.

Post-Weld Inspection

Each weld is checked for cracks, undercuts, porosity, and consistency before moving to the next stage.

Final Assembly & Cleanup

Assemblies are fitted together, spatter is removed, and surface finishing is done before passing the component for final QC.
